The five details that make your product request easier to review.
Name the product
Include the product name, variety and preferred grade. A reference photo or specification sheet can help explain exactly what you mean.
Give an approximate quantity
Use a clear unit, such as kilograms, tonnes, pieces or square metres. If this is a trial order, say so.
Describe packaging and destination
Add the required unit weight, packing format, destination country and delivery point. Mention any labelling or document requirements you already know.
Add a way to reply
Include your name, company and a working business email. This website currently prepares a draft inquiry; it does not send it to a sales team.
