What this notice covers

This notice describes the current ADA website: product information, sourcing guides, the inquiry draft tool and links to contact us. ADA Ltd is a temporary working name; registered entity details have not yet been confirmed.

It explains how the website features handle information. It does not describe or promise the data practices of your email provider, the WhatsApp link service, WhatsApp or other websites you choose to open.

The inquiry draft stays in your page

The inquiry tool asks for a product, name, email, destination and approximate quantity, with optional company, phone and specification details. The current tool prepares a draft in the open page. It does not submit those details to an ADA sales server, create an account or write the inquiry to browser storage or cookies.

If you choose Copy, the prepared text is placed on your device’s clipboard. If you choose Download, a text file is saved through your browser. You control where you paste or send the text and how you keep or delete the file. Your browser may separately offer autofill or retain information according to your own settings.

When you contact us

Email links open your email application. WhatsApp links open the external wa.link service and then the relevant WhatsApp contact. Opening a link does not submit the inquiry form or send a prepared message automatically.

If you send an email or message, you choose what information to share. That communication is separate from the browser-local draft tool. Keep your message relevant to the product or business question; do not include passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive documents. Ask us directly about access, retention or deletion of your correspondence.

Website delivery and tracking

The current website has no advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, embedded chat SDK or sign-in system. Fonts and product images are served with the site. The inquiry tool does not intentionally store your draft in cookies, local storage or session storage.

Loading a web page sends technical request information to the server or hosting infrastructure so the page can be delivered. Infrastructure may process request data such as an IP address, browser information and requested URLs for operation or security. We do not make a fixed retention-period claim for hosting records here.

External services and links

When you leave this website, the destination service applies its own practices and policies. This includes your email provider, the wa.link redirect service and WhatsApp. Review the relevant provider’s privacy information before sharing information there.

The WhatsApp button is an ordinary external link. The website does not load a WhatsApp messaging SDK or receive the content of your WhatsApp conversations through that button.

Your choices and questions

You can browse products and guides without completing the inquiry form. You can leave a draft unsent, remove a downloaded file or clear copied text using your device’s controls. Copies already saved or sent through another application are managed through that application.

For questions about information you have sent to ADA, contact info@ada.trade. Identify the relevant correspondence and the help you need without sending additional sensitive information. We will need to review the request and any records actually held.

Changes to this notice

This notice reflects the website features described above as of 30 October 2026. If inquiry submission, accounts, analytics or other data-handling features are added, the notice should be updated to describe them before those features are used.
