VISUAL REVIEW

Ask for photographs that answer real questions.

Use close-ups, scale references and packing views to clarify a product discussion.

State what you need to see

Request views that relate to your purchase brief: overall material form, close-up texture, size or presentation. For packed goods, ask to see both the product and the proposed packing. Explain any details that remain difficult to understand from the description.

Ask for context and scale

A close-up is easier to interpret when it is paired with a wider view and a clearly identified size reference. Ask for ordinary, well-lit images that show relevant details without heavy editing. If dimensions matter, request measurements separately.

Identify the material shown

Ask whether the photographs show the material currently being proposed, a previous batch or a general example. Keep the image references with the relevant product description so later discussions refer to the same material.

Use images alongside other evidence

Photographs help describe appearance and presentation; they do not establish composition, purity or performance. Keep any required specification, analysis, sample or inspection discussion separate. Generated images on this website are illustrations rather than photographs of supplier stock.
